Inability to turn possession into goals and failure to see the game out until the end saw the Terrors fall to their second consecutive away defeat in 5 days as they were beaten this afternoon by fellow Bostik Premier League strugglers Harlow Town.
Despite dominating for the greater part of the game, Tooting fell behind on 76 minutes when Alex Read netted for the home side. Tooting must have thought that they had retrieved a point though shortly after a double substitution, when Chace O'Neill drew them level with just five minutes to go. However the relief was short lived, as not for the first time this season, they conceded deep into stoppage time when substitute Charles Edwards snatched the winner for Harlow Town who will undoubtedly consider themselves fortunate to have come away from the game with all three points.
